  • Q How long will it take to service/repair my car?
    • A 80 to 85% of  our customers cars get to go home at the end of the day.  The remainder take longer usually due to the amount of work and or parts not being readily available.  See what our customers say.  
  • Q How much will it cost?
    • A We can estimate some jobs without seeing your car.  We pride ourselves on the accuracy of our estimates (see "what our customers say") but are only able to provide you with a detailed estimate after evaluating your vehicle.  
  • Q  Do you charge for estimates?  
    • A  If your vehicle's problem can be determined by visual identification or during an initial road test, the answer is no.  If disassembly or certain test procedures are required, the answer is yes.  
  • Q What makes of vehicle do we work on?
    • A Acura, Audi, Daihatsu, Honda, Hyundai, Infiniti, Isuzu, Kia, Lexus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki, Toyota & Volkswagen.  
  • Q What kind of Warranty do we offer?
    • A our blanket warranty is 12 month, 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Ask for details.  
  • Q Do we offer rides to work?
    • A Yes! Greeley is a little out of the question but we will gladly drop you off within a limited area. Please, if you can, let us know that you will be needing a ride in advance.  
  • Q What are your hours?
    • A 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday thru Friday.  Technicians work from 8:00 to 5:00. We're closed Saturday and Sunday. Early bird and night owl service is available.  
  • Q DO you use original equipment parts? (OEM)
    • A Yes we do.  We also use after market parts of equal quality when we can save you money and not compromise quality.   We will gladly use OEM parts exclusively if you request.  
  • Q Will you use remanufactured components?
    • A Yes, whenever it makes sense, especially regarding starters, alternators, generators, engines and transmissions.
  • Q Do you have Towing?
    • A Yes, we use a 24 hour towing service. CLICK HERE for more information.
  • Q Can you do manufacturers warranty repairs?
    • A  All repairs covered under your vehicle's new car warranty must be performed by the dealer if you want the expense paid for by the manufacturer. Any and all "customer pay" services recommended by the manufacturer, on the other hand, can be performed by any repair facility without consequence of voiding your warranty.
